Vitamin Toxicity and Synthetic Supplements

of course it passes through you because if you built up with vitamins it'd become toxic yeah yeah so this weird thing that you shouldn't think i mean i shouldn't drink water because that comes out the other end is water yeah it does stuff makes your urine yeah yeah you know and it's like it's a ridiculous scenario so you know we we do find excesses of vitamins we do find it's a really good point that and that's one of the things in the papers they say is the reason why we have got vitamin toxicity is occurring right now because we've got a lot of fortified foods we've got a lot of synthetic vitamins going on and people aren't sweating as much so we are urinating and that sort of stuff but we're not perspiring as much so then we can't urinate the excess that we would perspire and that's a major problem with vitamin toxicity and exercise obviously panting it out it's another way that yeah as well too so you know again if you're sedentary you're at more risk of obviously overdosing with vitamins very much so you know the first overdose of vitamin was 1913 with Mertz, of course, in the South Pole. Of course. And so, you know, when he had his dog... When he had his dog? Yeah. What was it, vitamin A? Yeah, vitamin A. Yeah, he was an explorer. And he sent himself blind, didn't he? Yeah. Classic sign, because the first thing that happened to him, he went blind from excessive vitamin A. But what do we say? Vitamin A, doctor in a signature, looks like an eye, helps you see in the night.
