Now, when we go into more nuance, calories in, that's going to be dependent not just what you're eating on paper, it matters what you can actually digest and what you can break down, what you can assimilate, and also what you excrete or don't excrete. it matters your calories out can matter on a lot of things what's the health of your mitochondria what are you doing for your non non-exercise activity thermogenesis what macros are you eating can alter this how you're digesting and eliminating things can can change this any type of medical pathology can change this medications can change this age can change this Sex can change this. Genetics can change this. So now we go, well, okay, shit. Calories in, calories out. That's what everybody says. I'm like, yeah, that's true. However, that's not the whole, you could write a whole book just on that concept and not even scratch the surface of it. Yeah, that makes perfect sense. And you've mentioned that a lot of people have gotten away, for example, for really aggressive deficits. And what you talked about just now at the end was essentially hinting at the fact that different physiologies will respond differently to fat loss. And I'm connecting the two together because something that stood out to me during the seminar was that you were discussing aspects of fat loss that I've only ever heard. from Lyle McDonald and I've not really heard any more ever since. So we're talking about even before my time, not that I've been in the fitness community for a long time, but he's been around for 30 plus years and he's literally the only one who points these things out. One thing that I would like to discuss in a little bit more depth is how different physiologies can impact that less differently. And back during the seminar, you talked about three specific categories of people that I would like my audience to hear more about as well.
