Now grab yourself a cup of tea or pre-workouts and enjoy. you dear listeners just a quick heads up that my audio in this interview is going to sound quite tinny i apologize for that but fortunately luke does most of the talking here and his audio is perfectly clean i've been experimenting with different mics and different headphones and unfortunately these experiments didn't go as i planned thank you for your understanding and now let's get into the interview. Yo, dear listeners. Hello and welcome back to the podcast. Today I have an interview with Luke Lehman. Luke, welcome. Hey, how you doing? Today, what I would like to discuss with you is the physiology of calories, aspects of it that don't get talked about much because most people stop at the typical comment that we all hear about, it's just the calorie deficit. So as long as you eat fewer calories and move more, you're going to lose body fat. And before we get into that, just like I do with all of my new guests, I would like to ask you this question to introduce you to my audience. Who are you? What do you do? And why are you so awesome at this?
