And then when you look at the effect this has, there's tons of science on things like lack of community, lack of purpose, hedonistic behavior. You look at people who are socially isolated, people who spend all day being addicted to Facebook because they don't have a good social network. When you look at what happens through the nervous system and through the sympathetic part of that system, It's causing gut issues. It's causing brain issues. It's causing your inability to actually burn fat correctly, right? So you have people where they're doing everything right. They are dieting. They are training. They're doing all this stuff, and they can't sleep. They can't recover. They can't actually burn fat the way they're supposed to, and that's an extreme example, but it does happen. Like for most people, calories in versus calories out. We know that's key, but what we have to realize is there's a lot of other factors that go into those two parts of the equation, and part of that calories out is your mitochondria. And what controls that? Your thyroid. And what controls that? Impulses from the brain. So if you start getting into a stressed out state and your mitochondria start becoming deficient, now you can't get glucose and fat into the cell to be burned appropriately and it gets kicked out as other things. I see. We really got into the weeds there, didn't we? So fair to say, I mean, you mentioned that when you've got psychological stress leading to inflammation that impacts your weight loss, How do you resolve that with some of your clients then who are coming in, obviously they're stressed about the fact that they're overweight and they in this bucket list of problems What your approach there
