That fantastic Thank you for sharing that. You bet. So over the time that we've spent together, there's been a lot of information that we've covered. So have you got any recommendations around books or further reading for either for us or for any of our listeners who might want to delve into some more detail about any of the stuff we've talked about? Yeah, you know, Joel Jamison's side is always a good one. It's www.8weeksout.com. I think for people that want to start learning about training, Super Training by Mel Siff, that's a classic that you have to read. And it's one of those books you read 800 times before you figure it out. Also, Cracking the Metabolic Cold by James LaValle. That's huge. That's huge. And you've got to read that like 10 times before you figure that out. the first book of training I ever had was Poliquin Principles by Charles Poliquin. That was the one that started it all for me. I highly recommend that. Classic that and his Modern Methods of Strength Training is also excellent. One that I've gotten into lately by James Smith is called The Governing Dynamics of Coaching. That's right along there with super training. It's very highly technical. It's one of those you read a page about 50 times before you finally figure out what he's trying to say and then obviously there's our seminars our seminars are always good or consultations shameless plug shameless plug
