Nootropics and the 'Lehman Brain Stack'

I love the approach to try and address all the needs with whole foods first good quality whole foods first and then supplementation is needed I think that's fantastic but tell us what are your thoughts on nootropics? I like nootropics it just depends you know it depends which ones you're talking about and which country you're in because the legality of those are starting to get a bit It's shifty. Like in America, it's pretty open. I know the UK just passed some legislature a while back, a few months ago, regarding the importation and selling of nootropics. So I think they're banned there now. So I don't typically use them with people a lot, depending. If you're talking about the racetams and things like that, we don't really use those a lot with people just because you never know how they're going to react to them. so we will use a lot of uh acetyl carnitine acetyl tyrosine we use a lot of choline alpha gpc um um what else uh huperzine stuff like that so i i like to use things that are complementary to each other like um we're really big on thorn research we like their supplements uh and i use a lot of neurochondria so we like the lehman brain stack that i came up with was neurochondria memoractive and resveracell which basically takes care of energy production in the brain and blood flow to the brain and memory so i'm telling you when i'm taking that stack i swear to god i can hear people thinking i'm gonna need to re-listen to this podcast just to write down all those names and half those words most those words were new to me well so like you know i'm I'm really big into the energy creation, creation of energy and things like that and anti-aging. So when you look at energy creation in the brain, your brain will chew up at minimum about – if you're dumb, your brain will chew up about 25% of your resting metabolic rate. If you're studying like Zoe and I do and our guy Isaac, we're always studying. We're always writing. We're always coming up with things. Your brain is going to chew through energy a lot faster. So it makes sense to give your body nutrients that is going to force your brain cells to make energy faster right So that kind of the basis of the Lehman brain stack
