you talk about the supplements and the bullshit supplements and one of the supplements that's out there is the bcaas is it worth the money or not not look i'm i'll say this i don't they're not worthless but they're probably for most people a waste of money. There are specific situations where they might be okay. Like I will use them when I do jujitsu competitions. I may have to weigh in multiple times a day. So I need something that can feed me energy without having a high volume. So in that case, I might use some BCAAs. That's like the only time I ever take them is in between matches with some honey or Gatorade or electrolytes, something where I don't have a high volume of weight. So I can make sure that I can, when I get back on the scale that I don't disqualify myself for the next round of grappling. So there's things like that that's useful, but realistically, if you're, if you're eating enough meat and especially if you're, well, if you're eating a protein, especially meat, you're probably getting plenty of BCAAs. If you're using whey protein, you're probably getting plenty. If you're a vegan or vegetarian and you're using a vegan or vegetarian protein, most of those are reinforced. You don't need to layer BCAAs on top of that. And
