I think the problem too is with the internet, everything's so accessible. So people will come to a trainer and they say Hey I want to look like this Instagram model And you looking at it like okay hold on You work 60 hours a week You a single mom with two kids Like you got to be realistic Like all this person that you looking at does all day is eat sleep poop and do steroids Like, that's it. If you want to look like that, you're going to have to quit your job, sell your kids to gypsies, get on steroids, and make this like your job. Like, that's, this is not realistic. And so it's basically selling a pipe dream of what people can do. And they can do this, but it's the irrational, what's the timeframe? Anybody can build a world-class physique, but they have to understand that has to be in the context of your timeline, not some Instagram influencer asshole that isn't telling you about all the shit that they're doing that you don't know about. 100%. 100%. I think that that's something that you can see just so clearly. And then people sell these eight week glute programs because this girl has a massive glutes on thing. And everyone just buys into that where there's just just unapplicable for most people on the planet, to be honest. Yeah. And then you find out that that girl actually got S implants. So it doesn't look like a glute program doesn't work. Absolutely. So in terms of the topic of conversation, I think that the phrase metabolism, I'm sure, is going to come up once or twice. So I did kind of want to just unpack the words or what exactly is a metabolism for the listeners, just so they can put context to it. And why do we need to understand about it? And what does it have to do with overall health and body composition?
