Another one is looking at things like creatinine clearance So people with a lot more muscle tissues they going to create a lot more creatinine which means their their bone levels are going to be off So every time they go in, they're going to expect to show that they have, like their EGFR will typically be a little bit low. The bigger you are, that's pretty, pretty normal. So you want to, but you still need to keep that in check too, because there could be some type of, you know, kidney, chronic kidney disease type thing going on with people that they might not catch if they just assume that they have, you know, the 50 on their EGFR is okay. They really want to make sure that they're getting the rest of that stuff checked and look at their creatinine clearance, looking at their urea clearance and things like that to make sure that they don't have some hidden kidney issue that's being masked by total body mass or by total lean body mass i should say so essentially what he's saying is as lean body mass goes up some of those byproducts of that are going to show up in these blood panels as a potential negative absolutely they will use that then as an excuse to say my levels are fine it's because i'm massive yeah in actual fact we could have some underlying uh impacts or underlying effects going on at those those organs the filtration rate of the kidneys that they need to and you see it you see it the other way as well too like if you see people who have no like they're very skinny they may have really high egfr or filtration for their kidneys but they actually have chronic kidney disease and the only thing that's the reason they look so good on their labs is because they have no muscle and they don't eat a lot of protein so the more protein you eat and the more muscle you have and the more you train the more that's going to lower that value so that it's going to skew different values and you want to make sure that you're looking at trends across a long period of time to see to make sure that there's not some ticking time bomb and god forbid you end up having a stroke or a heart attack and and it just came out of nowhere you know and i'll say that like came out of nowhere well if fuck man if you're using three grams of gear a week and you've been doing that for five years and your blood pressure is 168 over 102 it didn't just come out of nowhere like it just it your body just finally got to a point where it couldn't compensate anymore and the compensation was I'll just shut down. Ironically, people look at really big dudes that are really lean. And when they have no idea what they're talking about, they go, well, they're so fit. They're so healthy. Oh my God. That heart attack came out of nowhere. How most the healthiest person that I know suffer from this, but like really there's just a misunderstanding going on.
