Blood Pressure and Cardiovascular Conditioning

first thing is i mean number one is the blood pressure all right you got to keep that blood pressure in check and um you know how it is here in australia where it's hashtag fuck cardio The one tool that makes it the easiest, probably the most effective tool to drop your blood pressure other than assessing sodium-potassium balance, the best tool is stress management and cardiovascular conditioning. There's a lot of guys, especially the bigger guys, who would probably do really well if they would just do a couple of big blocks of conditioning before they begin prep. and don't use you instead of using cardio to chase calories initially do it for the adaptations on oxidation so that you you can eat more food during prep and you can oxidize more food faster you have more energy you can train you have better performance while you're in the middle of your prep so um you know people need to start thinking about what are the adaptations and what they're trying to do and most people use will use cardio for chasing calories when what we need to think about it is what adaptation am I looking to do, right? And that can have long-term effect. If I want to lower my blood pressure, the easiest way to do it is through aerobics. I mean, that's what we've found in changing the pliability and the elasticity of your vascular system and then changing the cardiac morphology so that you can perfuse more blood per pump instead of really thickening up that left ventricular wall and making it very inefficient for your heart to beat properly That one of the main ones
