Yeah, so like you said, my name's Luke Lehman. I'm a Pisces. I like long walks on the beach and candlelight dinners and that type of shit. But yeah, look, I started in the industry, if you can say like two decades ago about. So I actually got into training when I was about eight years old. So since I come from Texas, you've got American football, gridiron football. and so we get started really early i come from a very small country town of less than 7 000 people so your options growing up was like because the only stuff we had to do in my hometown was like fuck and fight and drink and lift weights and play football that's if you've ever watched varsity blues which i was a stuntman in that is that is exactly like the town i come from where the athletes run everything and the town shuts down on friday night and all that type of stuff so I actually got into weights for that and because I was bullied a little bit when I was a kid. So like a lot of guys who go into things like bodybuilding and powerlifting and strongman, I lifted weights a lot to put on my gorilla suit because I figured the bigger and stronger I was, people would leave me alone. So that kind of got me started in the industry. And then I started, I found muscle media when I was like 12 or 13 years old, found Charles Poliquin, Charles Staley, Paul Cech, found all these guys that were saying things that made a lot of sense. And the only viewpoint I had for training was old Arnold books from the 70s that you'd find in the local library. And Frank Zane, like, were the real old shit that doesn't have a lot of science in it. So then you get these guys that are actually talking about Eastern Bloc methods and Russian methods and how the Chinese are training and how all this stuff is going on. I started getting really into that and then fast forward. And eventually I ended up working for Charles, um, as one of his proteges. And then I ended up kind of taking over his position at the company when he left. Then I left a couple of years after that, started muscle nerds. Um, and here I am somehow in Australia, married to a Kiwi. With three dog children. With what's that? With three dog children. With three dog children. You know, I've pretty much, I've pretty much got everything I was looking for out of life so far and I'm only 42 so I've got the fast car I wanted I always wanted a French bulldog and I wanted somebody I wanted to marry somebody with an accent so I pretty much got it all that's the trifecta I got it covered there's some like a good low-hanging fruit of things to get yeah that will give you then that sort of what someone with an accent in the dog lots of places well everyone has an accent when you're from Texas and living in Australia. This is true. This is true. But then he found a Kiwi. Yeah, that's so weird.
