September 25, 2025
And then they're like, okay, but then they give you just a powerlifting routine or a bodybuilder routine. And the client, gym clients don't know any better. They'll just do it. Yeah. But, and it's not a bad program. It's a great program. It's designed for what it's supposed to do, but it's not what they asked. That's not what they were purchasing. So it's like a bait and switch. Because the coach, in their mind, thinks that everybody should be a bodybuilder. Everybody should be a powerlifter. That's the best way of doing it. It's like, no, that's the only way you know how to do it. that's why all of your clients get that regardless if this that's the best program out there it says a lot when you see you know i've worked in a commercial gym most of my career and it's like i've seen it all like you know i see the trainers who um they're doing an arm day for their own workout and then they try their client comes in and it's arm day for them too and like they're not even like specifying what what like they don't even have a plan long term it's just like like literally session by session. Yeah. And it's like, oh, or what do you want to do today, man? It's like you're asking the client what they want to do.
