Nicotine and Tyrosine for Focus

June 06, 2022

you've mentioned nicotine a few times what is the impact nicotine has on you or in general that you think nicotine is useful? It's just another stimulant. Just another stimulant that helps massively. There's some positive effects of memory as well and motivation. So those things are always good. I just kind of abuse it. I take way more than I should, but it does help keep things kind of level and stable. I think if I were able to acquire a larger dose of I-Vans, I probably wouldn need it But since that not an option it still it still you know what can I add to this to make it more effective And that what I found works for me So everybody going to have to find a different combination of things going to work for them. And that works. And occasionally a bit of tyrosine, like what I'll, what I'll look at as well. If you remember back to like foundations, um, or foundation seminar, which you've been at, um, we talk about like melanin and tyrosine and so how tyrosine is making your dopamine norepinephrine epinephrine it's also making thyroid it's also making melanin if i notice that my skin tone is dropped i'll i'll add in some tyrosine because i know that if i'm not making melanin it's being used for something else and it's most likely being used for some of the stress chemicals that that's really interesting because that's something i've not i've not looked at i mean do you ever like what's your thoughts on using something like choline because i'm assuming that's heavy stimulant medication i don't know as much about your medication so you know correct me if i'm wrong we this will deplete a lot of things initially choline b vitamins things like this are these important things to supplement as well to offset the heavy stimulant you could i haven't tried it i haven't tried it i feel you know a couple eggs a day and some choline foods might be all right i i probably would investigate that i need to think about it maybe like um um i probably i probably wouldn't take if i took choline what would i take i wouldn't take alpha gpc because it's just it's too expensive you need you just need such a high high amount of it and usually the amounts that you need make you pretty nauseous uh if if you take it and then work out you get over that but if you take it and you're just sitting here working you're probably going to get bubble guts and get quite nauseous um i'd probably look at like lecithin like taking a couple tablespoons of less less less than granules or maybe like choline by tartrate or what is it choline is that right like cooling bedtime uh fuck i haven't looked into choline so long i can't remember but i would probably take a i'd probably take a fairly inexpensive form of choline yeah you just don't you don't it's not something that's really that beneficial to take a really high dollar one unless it's for like sports performance take take 2400 milligrams before you go and lift heavy it's going to have a really good effect but i i don't see it as having that great of an effect by itself for this but i could be wrong i'd have to look into it
