moving on to sort of like the top we had going off on something that's a little bit different what we talked about um yeah so i thought it'd be good to have something that's we'll have a story or two that's a little bit personal to both of us and relevant to me right now um and i think has a carrier relevant with other people that that don't have this issue and that's talking about adhd um this is something i was you know very recently diagnosed with in typical ADHD fashion, I never booked the appointment to go and check. So I expected it for years and years and years and after losing three leather jackets and multiple pairs of rugby boots and never been able to do anything other than right at the last minute, like my online check ins on a Monday still finish at 1-2am because I always think it's our last point. So like, with yourself, you've you've done a fair amount in your career, you know, running running Polycom group to running muscle online programs, the in person events, having a gym there's a lot of stuff that you managed to do despite being very open about having adhd what is it that you think allows you to get so much done before we talk about what actually adhd is
