Presentation Style and Authenticity

do you feel like having like having energies helped you be a better a better presenter like that little bit of like, because often going into like, we obviously love it, but you've got people coming in and getting overwhelmed getting you know with the sort of like the deep material And often you been known in the industry for a lot of it being someone that makes all this stuff quite fun when a lot of a lot of educators can be making it very it this this rep scheme it very almost dead pan do you feel like that's helped you have like come like oh yeah out there personality yeah and it does because it gives me a a position where i can be myself and i could be a maniac so So it's funny because when I stand up and I present, there's some people that think, oh, that's an act. Like, he doesn't really act like that. I'm like, no, this is people who know me and talk to me outside of me speaking and lecturing. They go, no, that's how he talks. Like, he cusses that much and he says that much inappropriate shit. Like, that's him. I don't put on any fronts. But that being said, I do always, when I get up to talk, I want it to be entertaining. I want it to feel like a performance. Like I want you to feel like you've come to a show. And I think that's what's missing from a lot of guys. They just don't, they've got the knowledge, but they don't know how to turn it into something fun. Like you would get dressed up to and go have dinner and then hear this person speak. So that if you just come in and hear this sciencey shit and it's super dry, like go to college for that because that's really easy. But if they come into me, I want to make sure that they're getting the most that they can get out of it, which is not just the information, how to apply it, but also having a good fucking time and also being highly offended. Yeah, I think this, you know, maybe not to the same level, but certainly this was my own experience, like training coaches in particular, but even training clients. I feel that the pros and cons of being like this is I've managed to put my foot in my mouth a lot. I've got myself in a lot of trouble, especially where I used to work, because, you know, free speech isn't common. But like, see, just like that. But I've also managed to, I've got this thing where people, and I suppose one of you have the same thing, where people end up trusting you because you're willing just to speak your mind and a little bit of verbal diarrhea. You know when you're having a conversation with someone, they're genuine. And I find there's nothing worse than having a conversation when you know, you can just see the cogs turning. And I'm just like, I don't want to trust you. Do you feel that's helped? Because you've built a very, I would say cult following, although it's getting more mainstream by the day, but like, you know, cult following in the industry as being one of the guys to go to. Do you feel like that helps out a lot? Oh, let's not use that word cult. Let's see it. Let's leave cult and like do shit. I'm using it as a positive for a change. Yeah. Let's just say we've built an interest in what we do. That sounds better, right? Yeah. You know, I think,
