And I think too, like I'm 42 now, you get to a certain point where maybe you're in your late 30s. Some people go out and they buy a Corvette. They have a midlife crisis. My midlife crisis was getting my blood pressure in check because I had stage two hypertension, getting my triglycerides in check. They were sitting at 400 and they should be under 90. I had all of these kind of coming to Jesus talks with myself about what was important for the second half of my life. And for me, it was putting my health first and then putting my performance secondary, which is something I hadn't done up to that point. And so when I left Paulick and started Muscle Nerds, my wife and I decided that everything we do would be on the foundation of health first and performance secondary. it. So you know you obviously got I think you said when we were on the course that you got your squat was over 300 kilos and you got pretty pretty strong you know competitive in that respect but your markers your BP and you know resting heart rate triglycerides and things like that your bloods weren't great you know could you do you think if you went back and did it again and did it with your current kind of approach that prioritizes health and building a good aerobic base and things like this that you could still get that strong or stronger or do you think it was a necessary useful having to kind of train in that way to get there
