and then you just get completely, absolutely dysfunctional. And it wasn't until my mid thirties where I was like, I don't have to be that guy anymore. I would actually probably rather feel amazing. So I'm going to go ahead and get rid of all this excessive weight that I don't need. I'm going to get my blood pressure down. I'm going to get my heart rate down. I'm going to prioritize sleep and trying to move better again. And, and I just never looked back, man. And I really don't want to like, sometimes I crave, like I'd love to get under a 320 pound squat or 300 kilo squat. And I'd love to squat that again. I'd love to deadlift 335 again, you know, but it's just not a priority to me anymore. I don't justify my self-worth by being, by people going, Ooh, look how, look how strong you are. I'd rather people look at your merits and your character and other things and say, wow, this guy moves really well. He's got a really nice physique. He's conditioned. He's nice. He's, you know, he's helpful and things. those those are the things as I've aged it's become more important to me it's like helping other people being helpful you know serving others and then taking care of my health so I get another for hopefully another 40 50 years on this planet of feeling amazing hmm
