Beast Mode vs. Least Mode Stress Management

it ties in really fantastically to another point that you guys do really well um but i would love to see a mapped out day of all like expand on it is your concept of beast mode because that is something in of itself the bodybuilders i would even argue powerlifters they get so caught up in the i've got to be the most extreme do all the cardio all training all the posing all the dieting all the stress induces all the stress metrics uh plus my training plus you know increasing drug load profusely um basically do no sleep or downtime and then wonder why stress is the body is just not responding the body's so inflamed it's the body is sparring out of control the recoverability is completely trash and it's all from this grunt cast hardcore mentality that i need to do more than the next guy the reality is the guys are they going to win are the ones doing the least or at least what is required to get by nothing more yeah i give i gotta give credit where credit is due to my friend zach drawbridge he's the one actually coined coined the word and i ran with it so years years ago probably about a decade ago we were sending each other videos of people training and they were hashtag beast mode and they're training like they're turning like pussies and like man that's beast mode like these kids don't know how to train and he goes more like hashtag least mode and i was like that's pretty good. So it evolved basically to our system of like stress management, like looking at your stress, where's your HRV, where's your heart rate, where's your blood pressure, where's your sleep scores, where's your appetite, where's your mood, all that stuff.
