Texas Barbecue and Closing Remarks

December 27, 2024

speaking of Texas barbecue, I think it was actually the football game race. Maybe it was last night, man. They were showing some, I don't know what place it was, but they were showing that I was like, man, that fricking looks good. Just loading up with the meat and mac and cheese maybe and everything did it look freaking awesome so i have a friend i was talking to him a couple of days ago he he's from new york buffalo new york and he moved to tennessee and he's like man he used to live in austin and i trained him for a long time and he's going to come back on for for coaching again it's been i'm super excited because he's you know you just have you have clients that he's he's a good personal friend but besides that like you just have clients that were fucking stellar this is one of the one of the few guys i had at one point i had a double body weight bench press he was doing single arm chin-ups like just an absolute animal so i'm super excited but he goes man i miss texas barbecue he goes i've not been able to have any barbecue like that since i left and i go bro you're in tennessee like you're in prime pork country you need to go eat some pork barbecue and he goes it's not the same it's not the same as brisket it's not the same as as smoked sausage. He's like, it's good, but it's not, it's not Texas. Like, okay, fair enough. But they do do pork way better than we do. Yeah. I know it makes me, I want to go to Texas now just to, just to try some of that stuff. I might have to cook a, I might have to cook a, cook a brisket this weekend. You can already tell the diet fatigue's kicking in for you, man. Yeah. Well, I will be, I'll be switching phasing out the ketogenic. So that I'm getting my brisket. Perfect. Well, Luke, really appreciate your time, man. Thanks for coming on. A ton of great information here. I love just kind of hearing your thought process behind everything. I'll let you go. Is there anywhere where you want to lead the audience to? Yeah. All right. They want to go our websites, muscle nerds.net. If you want to go to Instagram, again, we don't expect a whole lot. We're shit on social, but if you follow us, we appreciate it. We're working on it. 2025, that'll be the year has always been speeding it up a little bit, but that's a muscle nerds underscore education. You can follow me. I just got in trouble and got restricted on Instagram and Facebook for some stupid shit. So I, if you like like really bad, politically incorrect memes and you don't get easily offended, you can go to my, my Instagram, Luke Lehman. Uh, but don't send me any, don't question, no questions. Don't ask me about muscle nerds. That is my, that's where I get away to just talk about memes and post memes. It has nothing to do with muscle nerds. So muscle nerds is the professional side. The other, the, the personal counts a little bit more personal, I guess, essentially would be the way to put it. One of Zoe's friends was they were laughing about the

between what i post and muscle nerds post and then also my coach max like the drastic difference between what i post and he post it's like you go on mine it's all like titties dick fuck jokes shit you know all that it's like really bad stuff like stuff against republicans stuff against democrats like no nobody is safe on my account and then you go to muscle nerds it's all like sciencey shit and and then you go to max and stuff it's all really wholesome stuff you get every and it's always all books. You get everything you want. You get every combination of whatever you want there. A hundred percent. Cool, man. Well, we really appreciate your time. We'll obviously get you back on again in the future, but yep. We'll talk to you soon. Anytime.
