Matching Training Volume to Caloric Intake

And I think a good rule of thumb, if somebody is deciding what they're going to do is, okay, are you going, are you looking at building or are you looking at cutting? Because that's the first decision you have to make, because that's going to determine whether you choose your training program versus choose your nutrition first. Because when you look at building, building is heavy on the nutrition, but the stimulus you get from what you do in the gym is a really big factor there. So when you're looking at growing and hypertrophy, for me, it's better to look at your training first, like set your training in motion and then look at your nutrition. But when you're cutting, it's the opposite because cutting is all about the nutrition. So realistically, what you want to do is say, okay, how much am I going to eat? Now I have to make sure that the training program matches what I'm eating because what a lot of people do they write this crazy brutal training program but they won eat for it And then they burn out in a few weeks and they losing weight but they feeling like crap And they it not they can sustain it for months that the amount of months they need to get shredded So it like if I going to eat 14 1500 calories a day, I can't go in six days a week for an hour and a half and train my balls off. I have to go in like this morning I've already trained. And I woke up at four, went to the gym was in and out within 35, 40 minutes. So you have to, you have to look at your available energy. You eat more, you do more, or you do more, you eat more, you eat less, you do less. So that's, I mean, that's part of program design is understanding how those pieces fit. So the program will actually work together, right? It's like if you have a car and something, something breaks on your car, let's say you have a Ford, right? Something breaks. You can't go to the junkyard and grab a Chevy part and throw it on your Ford. It's not going to work. You have to go find another Ford. You have to find that part and get that part. So program design is very similar to that, is that all the parts have to match. So with that then, so you're pretty low calorie right now. And you said, you obviously want the training to match that, right? Like you said, a lot of people will not eat a lot and then they'll try to do a ton of training and that's where they kind of burn themselves into the ground there. So with your training, you said you got in 30, 35 minutes and you're doing more hypertrophy style, what does that kind of look like? What is kind of the ins and outs look like at that right now?
