and I'm sure you've seen this. Some people can just maintain a little bit of a lower body fat percentage and feel fine. Other people it's like pulling teeth, right? And it's, is that great for your overall health? So looking at that, but then again, also comparing it to those measurements, like the resting heart rate and blood pressure to make sure you're in a good spot there. I'm sure that probably comes in factors into your decision-making around that as well too. Yeah. A hundred percent. And the thing is, I think a lot of guys are really surprised when I tell them you'll be really at 12 to 15% is probably what you're looking for because it's easy to get to and it's easy to maintain. 10 to 12% can be easy to maintain. It's a little bit harder to get to, takes a little bit more sacrifice. Getting sub 10%, I don't think people understand what that even means. Because the thing is like at sub 10%, you're starting to see, if you look at the lateral aspect of the glute, you're starting to see a little bit of muscle start to pop out there, but you have very little fat. You might have a little bit of FUPA fat underneath your belly button, but getting like under 10% is way leaner than people think. And it's a much larger mission unless you're just naturally skinny. But if you're naturally skinny, your problem probably isn't getting lean. It's trying to put on muscle. That's why God created Diana ball. I love it. Do you see like when somebody does get lean like that, what you were talking about there, obviously we'll see potentially some subjective markers that go down the drain, but do you see like resting heart rate start to climb back up at that point and blood pressure change or is that something that when you're leaner like that it will relatively stay in a good spot there actually when you get leaner all those metrics go down so if you want it if you want to get control over your heart rate and your blood pressure there's a lot of ways of doing it with just your training but if you just simply lose weight we'll say body fat they all they go down like it not uncommon to see people before they go on stage in like the forties for their for their heart rate It not unusual to see them with really like hypotension really low blood pressure It just part of depleting yourself down to that point. Yeah. She still almost be the opposite. It might over-correct and go a little bit further down than what you want there. Yeah. So if you think we, as you get bigger, your heart has to pump more muscle or pump more blood through a lot more tissue. So it has to pump a lot harder and you get to the point where it's becoming, it's getting more difficult for the pump. So it creates a lot of vascular resistance, which then makes the heart grow and get bigger. And so the heart will start beating faster and we'll start pumping harder, which means your blood pressure goes up, your heart rate goes up, you lose all that tissue, you don't have to push so much blood through so much mass, everything goes back down. But that's not to say that you can't you you can still get really muscular and keep your heart rate under check and keep your blood pressure under check.
