Even the cops don't care anymore, do they? Yeah. Really, truly, if you see it here now in the state of the UK, police force, they don't really care. That's fucking crazy. You know, how many mobile phone desks are there daily? How many shop robberies? But the police can't do anything because they themselves are helpless. Yeah. You see, like you and I have this advantage. We're big dudes. So if I'm walking down the street with my phone in my hand, I'm not a good target. You're not a good target. Like, I'm not saying we're not going to get mugged. I mean, knife's the knife, right? and a crowd is a crowd and you can only fight off so many dudes but if somebody's walking down the street and they're looking for uh for uh what's the target yeah they're gonna look at us and go that's not worth the trouble because i might be able to do that but i'm probably going to get hurt they're going to find somebody weaker and that's just the way it is and so if the cops aren't going to be around the cops aren't going to help it goes to us i can't remember the exact study it was but it's just years back i listened to it and talked about how in this context when you're out and about people who get mugged and so forth the ones that do go it's their how they hold themselves their posture the ones that are often timid and looking down and rolled forward but the ones that have the power pose that stand tall and some people don't and the people not paying attention they're on they're walking down the street they'll get at the phone and i mean that when my wife and i met i was that's the one thing i would tell her i was like you need to pay you need to pay more attention like because if i'm in a place where i feel like it's a bit dodgy I'm paying attention and I'm making sure I'm not looking at my phone I'm I'm turning my head I'm scanning I'm just making sure nothing happens because things can happen really fast and and out of nowhere but uh yeah I mean there's my wife seen me uh seen me choke people out not something I wanted her to see but we were in Canada we were at a an Irish pub in Canada in the middle of nowhere and I had gone to get some treatments on my shoulder my ribs because I messed myself
up and then all over the world nobody could fix me and my buddy had just finished some manual therapy some new stuff like cranial sacral things and like really hard like it was painfulish I was crying in the treatment but it fixed me so one day after the after he worked on me I was hungry and I said let's go this Irish pub and he's like this is not really a great neighborhood I'm like yeah but I'm hungry and I don't think anything's gonna happen so we sit down and we're eating and she looks up and she points and she's got food in her mouth so she's trying to tell me something and what she swallows because there's a fight and i'm like oh a fight great so bug fight excellent so i turn and this guy punches another guy the guy hits the ground the guy who had punched him stepped back and fucking punted the dude in the head and i'm like whoa and no one's doing anything so i ran up and i grabbed the guy and pulled him to the ground i choked him out and uh i was like i can't i'm like i can't believe like no one did that he could have killed that dude And if he had just gotten on him, like mounted him and popped him a few times, I would have just watched. Maybe I'd pull my phone out. They're like, oh, this is going to look great on Instagram. You could hit some social media, yeah. But, like, when you're seeing somebody doing something that could possibly kill another human being, like, you have to do something. If you're the only dude or only dude willing or capable, you've got to step in. And I remember, this is the fucking weirdest thing ever. So I choked a guy, and he's thrashing around. I'm like, bro, just stop fighting, and I'll let you go. So he just goes completely flaccid. And I'm like, all right, I'm going to let you up. I'm going to go back and eat my dinner. You're going to go back to what you're doing, but you can't kick people in the head. So I go back. A few minutes later, he walks up to me, and he goes, hey. And he puts his hand out, and he shakes my hand. And he goes, that was a good choke. It was in there really deep. And I went, yeah, that's kind of the point of a joke. And he goes, man, I just want to explain what happened. And I'm like, I don't give a shit, dude. I just let me eat my schnitzel, man. I don't give a fuck. And apparently the guy ran up a big bar tab and ran out. And the guy punched him. He knew the owners. And I went, dude, look, I don't need a story. I'm not here. I'm not here for dinner and a show. I got it anyways. I got drawn into being part of the show. I just want to eat my food and go home. I said but bro like you punch somebody fine but don't kick somebody in the fucking head when they're on the ground like that like that is not acceptable but it just blows my mind that people won't step in these days
