Oh, absolutely. And it's like you look at their Instagram and all they're doing is talking about what foods they're going to binge on once they get done with their contest. It shouldn't be like that. like bodybuilding that if you look at it in history, bodybuilding is supposed to be like a really healthy pursuit. And it's gotten to a point where it's, there's nothing healthy about it at all. And it's all about deprivation and how, how much can you suffer and drugs and all this other stuff, you know? And so then you get these girls that have completely wrecked their metabolisms by, you know, uh, taking, you know, way, way too low calories, way too much training. then they add drugs in when that when that doesn't work and then by the time they binge their metabolism is so far in the shitter that they can't have you know they can't have 700 calories without getting fat and so then they binge and they're they're massively overeating for weeks and they put on like 10 or 15 kilos and then it doesn't matter what they do they can't take it off and they're like i don't understand like i'm eating 700 calories a day and i'm doing three hours of training a day and this fat won't go away. And I'm like, yeah, your body's not stupid. It's like, yeah, we're not going to fall for that again. Like, screw you. Yeah. What would your approach be? I mean, other than telling them not to do a bikini competition, what would your approach be, I guess, for a healthy outcome? I mean, it's, you know, you're obviously pushing the limits to the body in terms of getting the body fat in particular, obviously, with females down to single digits is going to be a huge stress on the body. But I guess my answer is, is there, I guess, a healthier way that you would advise someone?
