oh my god there's so many um like obviously charles as far as strength and conditioning goes and um the person who really got me interested in doing like the looking at hormones and the way things really interact with the body as was Charles, but there was also, you know, a big heavy influence with, uh, Paul check. He was a big influencer, uh, Dr. Brian Walsh, Dr. Ben house, Dr. Mike T. Nelson. And there's tons of guys that, um, that I still, to this day, the, the people that come to our courses and take education from us, what they have to realize is there are guys on that next level that I'm, I'm actually going to their courses and learning from them. So this whole thing, the learning and all that, it never stops. When you're really serious about it, you just move to that next level and you're just basically leveling up. It's like a video game. Yeah. And I guess with that, who sort of, I guess, taught you how to learn? Because you're obviously someone who's very well-read in terms of research but also obviously connected to the industry. Is there someone that you learnt off and go, okay, I like how that guy is acquiring his knowledge and he's sort of deciphering the bad science from the good science. Is there someone that comes to mind with that?
