so you have triglycerides so you take a little bit of glycerol and you take some fatty acids you bond them together you esterify them and you put them in a fat cell and they kind of sit there waiting to be needed um and so in a in a normal metabolism you trickle out a little bit of energy as needed you put a lot back in the more stressed out you get the the breakdown of this if you look in biochemistry, when you look at lysis, L-Y-S-I-S, that's at the end of a word that means that something's breaking down. So lipolysis is breakdowns in lipids. So hormone-sensitive lipase, which is an enzyme that is specifically stimulated through epinephrine or adrenaline, that's what stimulates the de-esterification of triglycerides into fatty acid pushes your bloodstream. So if you're chronically stressed out all day, which, which happens when you're, if you're chronically dieting, or you don't get a lot of sleep, if you work too much, if you're, you know, have toxic relationships, your adrenaline is going to go sky high. That's going to cause a massive breakdown of this. You're going to push a lot more into the bloodstream that you can get back into the fat cell. And then this leads to a host of other metabolic consequences like metabolic syndrome and insulin resistance and glucose There's desensitization. There's a lot of stuff that can happen. And again, what we talked about earlier, like from from my perspective, it's a lot of complex shit. But what I'm giving to the client, we're never talking about this. It's all like watered down greatly because they only need to know what to do. They don't need to know all the nuances of how the shit works, which is why it's so freaking important to actually get a coach. Yeah.
