But really quick on the satiety stuff, like keto for a lot of people can be really good. Also, moderate to high carb can be really good. So it just depends where you are. So I go from the first thing you got to ask somebody in your diet, what are you willing to do? What are you willing to not do? What are you willing to eat? What do you want to eat? What are you not willing to eat? Like for me, fish. I don't like fish. I don't like fishy fish. So if I'm working with a nutritionist, I'm going to tell them straight up. I'm not eating salmon. I know salmon is everybody's favorite. I'm not eating salmon. I'm not eating any fishy fish. I'll eat prawns. I'll eat crab. I'll eat fish. It doesn't taste like fish, but I'm from Texas. I'm going to eat. I'm going to eat some red meat and I'm going to eat a lot of chicken. So you have to be you have to be willing to talk to your client about what's what's negotiable and what's not. Like, what do you what will you do? What you won't do, because we've got to figure out something that fits in with your lifestyle, with your preferences. and then we've got to look at you know have you dieted before yes what did you feel better on i felt better when i kept in a couple of hundred grams of carbs cool we're gonna that's we're gonna start the diet with that and we're gonna take your say 200 225 grams of carbs and now we're gonna use that in your to create you know let's say let's say it's 250 grams of carbs that you feel best on that's a thousand calories your tde is 2500 that means we have 1500 calories left over uh you're wanting you're in a deficit so we're going to take 500 out what's the other thousand calories based on yeah depending on your size probably going to be mostly protein a little bit of fat um
