But when you look at training, it modifies everything. If you're doing weight training, so let's say you're burning off, let's say I'm a hundred kilos, not quite a hundred kilos anymore, but let's say you take a hundred kilo guy in a weight training session. If you look at the metabolic equivalent, so you do a pretty brutal 24, 30 set, a bodybuilding ish type pump up, kissing your biceps type of thing in the gym your energy output for that hour is going to be about 350 calories okay because it's you're looking at metabolic equivalents let's talk as a female who doesn't same thing same thing so let's say you're say you're 54 kilos and we can estimate it to be somewhere around you're probably burning off maybe 189 189 calories but it's you got to look at it too, those metabolic equivalents, they're taking into account a one metabolic equivalent that you would already be burning off just by being awake. So you'd be burnt 54 kilos of that. Cause when people say a training doesn't really burn off that many calories, it doesn't. But when you add the calories to what you would be burning off that hour, okay, that inflates a little bit. So a 54 kilo woman, uh, one met metabolic equivalent per hour. So you'd be like That'd be 54 calories just to sustain your bodily processes. And then another two and a half would be equated to your workout. So you'd be burning off about 135 calories with a pretty good bodybuilder-ish workout, right? Plus that 54. So that's about, what, 190 calories, 180 calories for that hour. Now, if you look at what you're doing, let's say you're doing mostly glycolytic work and you're burning off a lot of carbohydrates and you're doing like really high intense, moderate high intensity steady state cardio or sprints, you know, a good, a good majority of what you're burning off is going to be carbohydrates. So let's say that one 80 let's let, and I'm just going to throw a number out. Let's just say the training you're doing is burning about 70% of that as carbohydrates per hour. Okay. So that would be, yeah, you're burning off a good 30, 30, maybe 30 or 40 grams of carbohydrates an hour.
