Genetic Outliers and Natural Potential
February 11, 2023
if someone actually truly built muscle like that they would know like they wouldn't they wouldn't be they probably wouldn't be going to a trainer anyways unless they were doing a bodybuilding shore powerlifting meet because they would already be jacked as um because people like that are just jacked naturally like I hardly work out right now and I'm sitting at like 12% at 95 kilos and I haven't worked out. I can't maybe a couple or like maybe six weeks, eight weeks. Right. If I go and I and I hit the weights and keep in mind, I'm hypogonadal, like I'm supposed to be on TRT, but I can't get it here. So I haven't really been on consistent TRT in six years and I'm still I'm just naturally a big guy. I've always been huge. I was a I was one hundred and five kilos in high school when I went to high school. And I was I got up to before I ever did any performance enhancing drugs. I got up to about one hundred and ten, one hundred and twelve kilos naturally. And then I used gear to get up to one hundred and twenty three, one hundred and twenty four for powerlifting. So, you know, some there are some people who are outliers and they don't fit in a normal thing. But most people that are coming to a trainer, unless you specialize in like high level bodybuilding, powerlifting or whatever, most people are not going to be hyper responders. They exercise. So if your legs feel like they're getting thick, that's and it's really fast. It's not going to be muscle. I can almost guarantee you, you know.
