The Pitfalls of Quick Fixes and Celebrity Trends

January 24, 2025

trying to find quick fixes is the easiest thing to do because it just takes so long and it's annoying i know but you're gonna thank yourself later and you also said half-assed results like you need to be all in you can't want all in results if you're only going half-assed so if you're only willing to go this much as in like halfway or whatever way you're willing to go then you just need to adjust your expectations and take a step back because that is when you start spinning your wheels wondering why you're not getting results And then you blame the program, blame the coach, whatever it is. It's like, no, you just need to readjust your expectations and get like, just start with where you're at. There's nothing wrong with that. You just need to know where you are. There's a, there's a, there's a epidemic going on right now. That's super visual for people to see. Go look at all the Hollywood celebrities that are looking horrible because they're all getting on Ozempic. They're all getting on GLP-1 drugs. They're all got in the face. They've all lost all this muscle. Their clothes are hanging off of them. and everybody's going, what the hell is going on? They're all taking these drugs and they're trying to do it really quickly the wrong way. And then they look terrible. Yeah, they've lost heaps of weight, but they look awful. And that is not, like, that's not what people come to us to look like. If you want to look like that, cool. Go to your doctor and get some fucking Ozempic. I'm not coaching you because I don't believe in that. Thank you. Can people please just stop defaulting to fat loss 24 seven? Like, honestly, this goes back to periodize your fat loss phases and do them when you can effectively lose fat.
