And this one we took, where does cardio fit in? Is cortisol the issue? Where does HIIT training fit in? And how to actually create a program to get you from where you are now to where you want to be, regardless of how much body fat you have to lose or where you're starting. This one is going to help you out. Don't get fucked up by themselves. So if you have a fucked up gut, you probably have a nervous system issue. You could have a hormonal issue. You could have a brain issue. You could have an early childhood trauma issue. You could have a lifestyle issue and a sleep issue. There are all these things that are feeding into this. You don't just get a fucked up gut, right? You don't just get poor insulin management. You don't just get fucked up cortisol response. Like this stuff doesn't happen in isolation. It happens as part of a huge matrix. So these people that are trying to tell you that their puzzle piece is the one thing that's going to fix you, they're all full of shit. because there's a bunch of puzzle pieces that need to be put in that puzzle to make things more clear. So what people need to do is, and I'll say this, probably the number one thing that's holding people back has nothing to do with a hormone, has nothing to do with their gut. It has to do with themselves. People are the ones that are holding themselves back because they won't get their shit together. They won't do what they need to do. They won't make a complete lifestyle change. They skip workouts. They fuck up on their diet. They try to jump in and do stuff too aggressively instead of easing into it. They get bad advice. And then they don't have patience. So if they haven't seen the effects in three days, they switch to something else. And then in three days, they switch to something else in three. So now it's like I've tried everything. You've tried 24 different things for three days each. How about you try something for six months and then don't just throw it in the trash. try to figure out what part of that's working what part's not and just stop doing the stuff that's not working keep doing the stuff that's working and then layer something else on top of that it's it's it's insanity like i i've got i have people who are obese like morbidly obese and they're like i just can't lose weight all right i'll put them on a three-day fast water fast with a little bit of fish oil and a multivitamin they lose a heap of weight i'm like I thought you couldn't lose weight. Well, it's because I didn't eat anything. Well, so you're saying a deficit works. Yeah. I'm like, okay, so now we don't need to do a hundred percent deficit. Can we do a 25 to 30% deficit and make sure you don't miss your training sessions and just understand that it's going to just take a little bit of time. But I've shown you that a deficit makes you lose weight. So now you just have to have that deficit over an extended period of time to lose the hundred fucking kilos of food that you've eaten in the past that you couldn't get rid of that's now stored on your body.
