The Hidden Calories in Restaurant Food

January 27, 2023

and this is exactly why there's this big misconception of weight loss and yeah radically doing epic things with your body and also on the note with the food discrepancy is how different is your food day-to-day and week-to-week because then it's not just inaccurate it's in constantly inaccurate and then there's also the restaurant foods and i was reading a study where restaurant foods can be between 38 to over like almost double the calories later on like stated on the label like double almost double the calories like you don't like here's the thing when you go out to eat and it's really delicious there's a reason it's delicious um i've trained a lot of professional chefs i'm like how do you make food like how does a professional chef make food that good they're like you need sugar salt and fat i'm cool they just put a lot of sugar salt and fat in it and things will taste good. And I'm like, okay, cool. So we've got tons of sugar. That's just going to be, you know, I love sugar. I love lollies, but when you're having tons of it, you know, those calories add up really quick. You added a bunch of fat. Hey, how much fat are you doing? It's like, okay, if I'm cooking, I'm saying, okay, I'm going to weigh out like one tablespoon of oil, put in the pot. You go to a restaurant, they're like one tablespoon of oil and they just pour it all in there. And it's like, you have no control over what's going in your mouth. So if you, again, go back to bodybuilding. If you want to see the people who are masters at changing their bodies, it's bodybuilders. And you have this whole anti-dieting culture that's like, oh, anti-dieting diets don't work. They do work. If you do them long enough, they're consistent and you don't do any stupid, any train. But the thing is like people make fun of bodybuilders and go, oh, chicken, rice, and broccoli.
