the complex things for the coach to figure out that's why people go to a coach at at least a coach who actually knows what they're doing, you have an understanding of how biology works, how the biochemistry works, how exercise metabolism works, how to match that with training protocols as well. Because you have to be able, you don't know how nutrition and exercise fits and what's happening at that biologic level. You can't make predictive models on what's happening. And you've seen me do this a million times. everything is biology and math, right? So if I understand the biology and I understand the math, I can pretty much calculate where you should be in a given period of time if you just do everything I say. And I'm always within 5% of that number. And there's a lot of calculations for this. And there's a lot of research behind it. The problem is people want it to be faster than what their biology will allow. And so they get discouraged or they want to start overcomplicator, they get input from other places other than their coach, and then they self-sabotage. So from the application level, the stuff is very easy, right? So you've got to weigh how much time do you have to train, how much literacy do you have with training, nutrition, and lifestyle, and sometimes there's a painful period of a few months of getting gen pop people to understand how this stuff works, and there's a period of acceptance of, okay, if I'm going to do this, I have to commit because no one's going to get a radical physique transformation without committing. Everything in life costs something. So if I have somebody that comes in and says, look, I want to I want to make my body look like this. OK, this is my ideal thing. I don't care how long it takes. I just want to get there. Cool. We can do this longer, long game plan. We can slowly integrate some time. But if somebody comes to me and says, I want to do this and I want to do it in like three months to go, OK, we could do it. What are you willing to sacrifice? Most people aren't willing to sacrifice what they need to sacrifice in order to get there. So we have to be we have to take a more realistic approach to things. But at the base level, the same thing that that normal person would do to transform their body is the same thing that elite level bodybuilders do. It's all the same shit. It just it's who's willing to sacrifice things and who's willing to tick all the boxes every single day. but it is a very simple process it's the the science underlying science is not simple but if we have like a funnel and we throw all of this science in that's for the coach what comes out the bottom of the funnel is just what are the boxes i need to tick every day to make this happen so and that's the easy part that's the easy part so you know monitoring monitoring your input how much energy is coming in monitoring your output how much is going out not missing workouts being realistic on how many workouts you can hit a week and how many, how many gym pop people come to you and they say, I'm willing to do anything. I'll go to the gym five days a week. I'll do cardio every day. I'll weigh and measure everything. And then they go three days a week. So they miss two sessions, two sessions a week. Well, everything that I calculated with the nutrition and everything else is, is based on what you're doing and not doing. So if you don't go to the gym, you're now, I've got 300 calories that you're not knocking off a week. And I've got anabolic processes that aren't happening because you didn't go to the gym. So now I have to re reorganize the mathematics of the diet because now you're eating more than I planned on. So, you know, the, the, if someone's really honest about what they can do, then you can line up all the numbers really well. And then the assessing is really precise. And that's what you need. You need precision. So if you aren't taking the boxes, we have no precision. We can't measure anything. It's like taking, if I wanted to measure three meters, but then I have a yardstick that's not three meters long, I can't measure three meters because the yardstick isn't big enough. So you have to you have to look at the numbers and they have to match up for what you actually doing now
